Privacy Policy

1. Information received from visitors

Technical requests. When you visit, your browser sends information needed to request pages and resources. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, referring pages, timestamps, and diagnostic information. URLs may include the filters or photo links you open. Hosting and security providers may retain request logs to maintain reliability and investigate abuse.

Usage statistics. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve navigation and performance. Analytics can include pages visited, referring websites, visit times, browser and operating system, device type, and approximate geographic area. Vercel describes this service as using request-derived identifiers rather than tracking cookies, with visitor-session identifiers discarded after 24 hours. That period does not apply to all hosting logs or aggregate reports. See Vercel’s Web Analytics privacy documentation.

Messages you send. If you contact the site by email, the site receives the contact details, message, and attachments you choose to provide. These are used to respond to your inquiry, discuss permissions or licensing, or handle a request. Please provide only information needed for your message.

2. How visitor information is used

The site uses visitor information to deliver requested pages and resources, understand aggregate usage, diagnose problems, maintain security, respond to messages and rights requests, and meet legal obligations. The site does not sell visitor information or use it for targeted advertising.

Where a legal basis for processing is required, the applicable basis depends on the activity: legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site and responding to inquiries, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required.

3. Services that receive visitor information

The following providers may receive technical information when your browser connects to them, or information you choose to send through their services:

Visitor information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights and safety, or investigate misuse. External websites you choose to visit operate under their own policies.

4. Browser storage and clipboard

The site does not set advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is described above. Your browser may cache resources and store page URLs in its history as part of normal browsing.

Copying a photo link writes the selected address to your clipboard when you request it; the control does not read your existing clipboard contents. If you paste or send the link to another service, that service’s own privacy practices apply.

5. Retention and security

Messages and associated contact details are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, document permissions or requests, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Service-provider logs, backups, and analytics reports follow the applicable service settings and provider policies; their retention periods differ.

The site relies on its service providers’ security measures to protect visitor information. No website, storage system, or method of transmitting information can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and requests

For questions or requests concerning information you have provided to the site, email hello@icalebo.com. Describe your request and include a way to reply. Please do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is specifically needed.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions. You may also have a right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

You can manage browser storage and permissions in your browser and use privacy tools to limit analytics requests. Blocking resources may affect some site features. If analytics are not linked to an identifiable person, it may not be possible to retrieve an individual visitor’s statistics from aggregate reports.

7. International processing and children

Service providers may process visitor information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Any rights and safeguards required by applicable law continue to apply.

The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to the site, a parent or guardian can contact the site using the details below.

8. Contact and policy updates

Contact the site at hello@icalebo.com for privacy questions or requests.

This policy may change as the site or its services change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where law requires additional notice or consent for a change, the site will provide it.
