1. About the archive

The site presents a growing chronological record of photographs by Caleb Osemobor. You may browse it for personal, non-commercial viewing, use its filters and photo viewer, and share links as described below. Public browsing does not require an account or payment.

If you do not accept these conditions, do not use the site beyond what applicable law permits. Separate written permissions or licensing agreements may apply to particular photographs or projects.

2. Copyright and photograph rights

Unless a credit states otherwise, the photographs and original written content on the site are the work of Caleb Osemobor, and all rights are reserved. Rights in third-party material, names, trademarks, and other depicted works belong to their respective owners.

Being able to view, access, save, or receive a photograph does not transfer its copyright. Except for the limited uses described in these terms, permission expressly granted through the site, or uses permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, or use a photograph in another project without prior written permission.

For example, posting an image file to your own social account, using it in an advertisement or publication, creating merchandise, or adding it to a dataset or model-training collection requires permission unless a legal exception applies. Crediting the photographer alone does not replace permission.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove copyright exceptions or other rights you have under applicable law, including fair use where it applies.

3. Links, previews, and downloads

You may share ordinary links to the archive, an individual photo, or an album. Automatic thumbnail previews generated by a messaging service or social platform as part of sharing those links are permitted. Sharing a link is different from uploading or republishing the photograph itself.

If a shared album provides a download control, you may use it to obtain a copy for your own personal viewing, subject to any specific permissions communicated with that album. A download control does not grant publication, commercial-use, sublicensing, or redistribution rights. Separate written permissions take precedence for the uses they cover.

Album links can be forwarded and may later be disabled or changed. They are not a confidential-storage service or a guarantee of continuing access. Do not redistribute a link contrary to restrictions communicated when it was provided.

4. Licensing and people shown in photos

For use beyond personal viewing or ordinary link sharing, email hello@icalebo.com with the photo link, intended use, audience, and timeframe. Permission is granted only when expressly provided through the site; silence or a technical ability to download an image is not permission.

A photograph may show people, artwork, trademarks, private property, or events. Permission from the photographer does not automatically include privacy, publicity, trademark, location, or other rights that may be needed for your intended use. A person or organization appearing in a photo does not imply endorsement.

5. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and without interfering with other visitors or its operation. You must not attempt unauthorized access to administrative tools or accounts, bypass access restrictions, exploit vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, or generate disruptive traffic.

Do not bulk-harvest the photographs, remove or misrepresent authorship or rights information, or use the site’s content for unlawful purposes. Ordinary search-engine indexing and link previews are permitted, subject to applicable access instructions; that permission does not grant a separate right to republish the image collection. Any restriction here is subject to uses that applicable law protects.

6. Privacy and external services

The Privacy Policy explains how visitor information, including technical requests, analytics, and correspondence, is handled. The site uses third-party hosting, storage, fonts, and other services, and may link to Google Drive and other external websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Availability and accuracy

The archive is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. Images, captions, dates, links, and features may be corrected, changed, or removed. The site does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage for visitors, or that every caption or date is complete or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions, third-party services, or unauthorized reuse of content by others. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Questions, corrections, and rights concerns

Contact the site at hello@icalebo.com for licensing, corrections, privacy concerns, or copyright questions. If you believe material infringes your rights, identify the relevant photo or page, explain the rights involved, and include a way to contact you. If you appear in a photograph and have a concern, you can request a review using the same address.

Please do not send sensitive documents unless they are specifically needed to assess a request.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the archive changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Changes do not revoke rights already granted in a separate written agreement, and do not apply retroactively where applicable law prohibits it. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
